APPLICATION METHOD

Option 1: Apply a small amount of gel to the desired area using a clean applicator or swab. Leave in place for up to 20 minutes, then remove if needed. Avoid eating or drinking for 1 hour after application.

Option 2: For routine use, add a small amount of gel to your toothpaste on your toothbrush and brush as usual. Rinse lightly.
